Kelly has provided meditation and hypnotherapy sessions for me for over a year, and they have been effective in a number of ways. For one, they help relieve stress and worry. I set intentions, and actively work during the sessions, and then I feel the work continuing after the session is over—this allows me to get on with my day-to-day tasks, and not feel as anxious in general.
